(Corinthians 13: 4-8) Love is patient, kind, without envy. It is not boastful or arrogant. It is not ill-mannered nor does it seek its own interest. Love overcomes anger and forgets offenses. It does not take delight in wrong, but rejoices in truth. Love excuses everything, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love will never end.

If we truly love, we make efforts to do good to our loved ones. Yes, efforts. We must strive to do and be better persons. We must decide and choose not to cause pain. But as humans, we often forget to think of other's welfare. I myself have been selfish too many times. I have not been a very loving person. But I am blessed to have been reminded that my understanding has been clouded, that my reasoning is wrong thus all the unfortunate circumstances in my life. It is difficult to love, after all everything great has never been easy. But we must always try to do great.

If someone failed to do good to us. If someone failed to become better. If someone caused you pain. To love truly means to overcome anger, to forgive and forget offenses. Again, that is just to difficult. Love is difficult. But we must strive.

Though love excuses everything, believes, hopes and endures. It is not meant to be abused for abuse is not love. If we live by the love that Christ has taught us, we'll all live in a love that never ends. How beautiful is that? :)
